How To Request Deletion

Email support@apponboard.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the related Cozy Pets data, such as:

• The Facebook or Meta account name associated with the request.
• The email address where we can contact you about the request.
• Any Cozy Pets account information you have available, such as your account email, phone number, or in-app user identifier.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

What We Delete

After we receive and verify a valid request, we will delete Facebook-associated Cozy Pets data that App Onboard, Inc. controls and can identify. This may include Facebook-derived identifiers, account links, and related app records.

We may retain limited information when needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial records, store compliance, or other permitted reasons. Facebook and Meta control their own account data and may retain information under their own terms and policies.

Facebook App Settings

You may also remove Cozy Pets from Facebook through Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. If Facebook offers a deletion request option for Cozy Pets, you can use it to start a deletion request, and we will handle the request through the same support process described on this page.
